Where are we now?
- 0.5 equivalent paid leader (Tim)
- 6 hours of admin support each week
- A committed team of over 30 people who help run the Bridge
Where do we want to be?
- A 1.0 equivalent paid leader
- 0.5 paid youth worker
- 6 hours admin support
- A committed team of 40+ people
How do we get there?
- Take a 5 year view
- Gain support from Circuit for their present level of support
- Complete District and Connexional funding forms
- Talk to wider Bridge community
To this end we are seeking £224,150 over 5 years to fund an expansion from 0.5 to 1.5 full time workers.
We propose to shoulder most of this burden ourselves and over 5 years we plan to increase our own financial commitment by more than 5 times present levels.
