About this site

Welcome to The Bridge Online. We hope that you will find the site quick and easy to use. It should mostly be self-explanatory, but here are a few tips and explanations.

Firstly, if you are still using Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) or older, please be aware that some parts of the site will not work for you. You’ll probably have noticed the top menu does not display correctly. Microsoft released IE7 in October 2006 and strongly recommends users upgrade from IE6. We agree, and suggest upgrading either to IE7 or to Firefox 3, Opera 9, Google Chrome or Safari 3.

You can currently leave comments on most News articles and all Sunday Presentations. Just go to the article by clicking on its name, scroll down to the end and you’ll see a comments box. Enter your comments or questions, your name and email address and submit it.

Note: your email address is required, but won’t be published. The first time you submit a comment, it will be held in a queue (to make sure you’re a real person and not a robot!) before being published. Your next comments should be published automatically, provided that you use the same name and email address each time. If you change either of them, the system will think you’re a new user and put your comments in the queue again.

If you just want to contact us about anything else, you can use the Contact Form (see menu above).

You can contribute too. If you want to help run the site, or contribute articles, just drop us a line. You don’t need a lot of technical knowledge - basically, if you can manage to send an email and can write a Word document, you got what it takes.

We look forward to hearing from you!
